HOW TO ORDER

Ordering your lenses for the first time through the internet can be daunting, but it needn’t be, it’s as simple as 1-2-3!

Follow these simple steps to ensure that you correctly order your prescribed contact lenses.  If you are still not sure just fill in your opticians or eye specialists details and we will follow up to confirm your prescription. Once this is done we will phone you to confirm your details and take payment and delivery address*.

The great news is that once we have your prescription this will remain on our system for as long as your prescription is valid. Remember Europtix.com encourages regular eye check-ups.

STEP 1

Your prescription should be a simple slip of paper in the format shown bellow. Or if you do not have this you can obtain your correct prescription by copying the details from your existing contact lens box.

STEP 2

Use the simple menu process on the Europtix.com front page to find your exact lenses. Please make sure that the contact lenses you are ordering are the exact same lenses your eye practitioner recommends. First locate your brand of lenses then select the correct derivative.  Or use the search bellow to find your lenses.

Once you have located the correct lenses fill in the details from your valid prescription and enter the quantities you wish to purchase. Remember that Europtix.com offers fantastic deals on volume purchases!

STEP 3

Fill in your personal details and add your prescription to our data base. This way we will always have it to hand should you wish to re-order.  Complete the simple checkout process and that is it!

Your lenses should reach you within 3-5 day period.
